To guarantee the best performance in the Producer and utilize all functionality, we recommend the following set-up:

  • 1024x768 screen resolution

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 9
  • Mozilla FireFox 20
  • Adobe Acrobat Reader 9+
  • For video usage: Microsoft Silverlight 5.1
  • For video usage: Macromedia Flash 10.1+

    • Note: Currently known browser issues are included in the Producer Help Guide, "Known Browser Issues".
